Luca Quarin (Udine, 1965) teaches creative writing at the University of Udine. In the past, he collaborated with the editorial staff of Zeta, an international magazine of visual poetry, and took part in the Guggenheim Pubblic project at the Guggenheim Museum in Venice. His debut novel, The dark pulse of the world (Autori Riuniti, 2017), won the “Letteratura Award” 2018 of the Italian Cultural Institute of Naples. His second novel, Of blood and iron (Miraggi Edizioni, 2020), received the “Contropremio Carver” 2020.
